Aiden loves super heroes, Spiderman, Batman, Hulk, Ironman, etc. but his favorite superhero is Michael! Every morning he makes every decision about what he will eat or wear based on what Michael chooses. If I ask Aiden to get his shoes on he looks at Michael and says “what shoes are you wearing dad?”
He also loves to dress up in Michael’s clothing including dress shirts, jackets, shoes, and even Michael’s Underwear!
One day when Aiden wanted to play superhero’s with Michael and wanted Michael to put on a costume. We explained to Aiden that Daddy was Iceman and that it was his secret identity. Michael showed Aiden his white undershirt and explained it was part of his Iceman costume and not to tell anyone. Aiden immediately came running to me and told me “Dad is Iceman mom!” When people come over Aiden will often run over to Michael and lift up his shirt so people will see his undershirt. Aiden exclaims look! Needless to say others don’t get what he is trying to show them.
He always tells me he’s going to get this or that “Just like dads!” Last weekend he had his hair cut just like dads!
